DMCA Notice
Daily Pulse respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent rules under EU law. If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own, please submit a written notice that contains all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- The exact URL on Daily Pulse where the allegedly infringing material is located, sufficient to permit us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

What we do
Upon receipt of a properly formatted notice, Daily Pulse will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. We may also terminate the access of repeat infringers.
Counter-notification
If you believe material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
